Applicable prices are shown on the Prices page of
this web site and inclusive of all taxes within the
UK and Ireland. Postal charges are not
included. We are happy to quote
for any special requirements not listed in the price list.

Preparation of a draft CV will commence when payment has been received by sending a questionnaire to the customer. For
on-line/off-line credit/debit payments this will be within 24 hours of receiving confirmation from
WorldPay. For UK postal orders, this will be within 24 hours of receipt by
the Company. For cheques, this will be after
clearance by our bank (usually 7 days after
receipt by the Company). Timescales apply between
Monday to Friday only. Orders received
Saturday and Sunday will be processed from 9.00am on
the Monday following.
Please note that the Express service is dependent on
correct payment being received before the service
commences.

Payment from areas
outside of the UK and Ireland is by credit/debit
card via WorldPay only. The same timescales
apply as in no.2 above. The
Company reserves the right to restrict or refuse
orders from certain non-UK regions or countries. |

If a payment is refused by the card issuer/bank and work has commenced on the draft CV, an
invoice for the full amount, payable within 7 working days from date of invoice, will be sent to the customer. If payment is not received by the due date, legal action will
be taken to recover the full amount and will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus any legal costs.

All
work commences as per the time schedules detailed in no.2 above.
Customers are entitled to cancel an order within a 7 day period commencing
from the start of these stated times. All monies received will be
refunded within 30 days from date of receipt of cancellation request
and all personal details deleted from our system and files. Please
note that an administrative charge of £20.00 will be
deducted from the total payment refund if work has
commenced and a draft CV submitted to the customer.
Request for cancellation may be made by phone, fax,
e-mail or post and written confirmation of
cancellation must be forwarded to the Company within
24 hours of such notification.

If, for any reason, an order is cancelled once work has commenced and payment has been
received and after the right to cancel period in no.5 above has expired, an administrative fee of £20.00 will be deducted from the total payment refund. Request for cancellation may be made by phone, fax, e-mail or post and written
confirmation of cancellation must be forwarded to the Company within 24 hours of such notification.

CVs
are compiled based on the information provided by
the customer. The Company accepts this
information in good faith and cannot accept
responsibility for any inaccuracies or false
details. Such circumstances are a matter for
the customer and outside of the scope of the
services offered by the Company.

The
Company aims to produce first drafts within
24/48hours from receipt of questionnaire and within
12 hours for the Express Service. However, in
the case of unforeseen circumstances outside of the
control of the Company which
prevent the production of a CV within the given time schedules, the customer
will be informed promptly and offered an alternative delivery timetable or a
full refund if preferred (provided a draft CV has not been previously
submitted to the customer - see no.9 below). Unforeseen circumstances
include but not limited to computer failure, electrical failure, flooding,
fire, illness, weather, riots, etc.

The draft CV is an indication of the final product. The draft process is not subject to
any timescale (although we aim to complete all orders within 30 working days from date of order) and will continue until the customer is fully satisfied and gives final approval. In the case that a customer remains dissatisfied with the final product
after this consultation period, a refund will be offered commensurate with the service already supplied provided notification is made within 7 working days from supply of
final product.

Once
final approval is given by the customer, a £10.00
administration fee will be charged for any further
alterations or amendments requested by the customer
within a 7 day period from final approval. Any
alterations or amendments after this period will be
deemed as a new order and require the appropriate
full payment.

A
receipted invoice will be forwarded to the customer on completion and
receipt of the final CV.
|

This
contract is written within the sole jurisdiction of
the English courts and according to English law and
European Union legislation.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy |
The
privacy of all clients is an essential element of our service. Private
and personal information supplied by a customer for the compilation of a CV
will be used solely for that purpose and will not be retained, distributed
or processed for any other purposes without permission of the owner of that
information. Retention of personal data for the purpose of updating
CVs will be at the express request of the customer. Personal and
private details will not be sent to a third party (ie. prospective employer)
unless specifically requested and agreed by the owner of the
information. We do not send unsolicited marketing material to
customers without their specific agreement and no information is collected
from this web site. An opt-out box for this purpose is supplied both
on the enquiry form and questionnaire sent to customers on receipt of order.
The Company sends draft and final CVs by e-mail or fax. The
method of delivery will be determined by the customer to ensure secure
receipt of personal information. An alternative form of delivery will
not be used without prior agreement with the customer. This also
applies to any information requested by the Company from the customer.
Please note that postal charges are applicable.
Credit/debit card information for on-line orders is entered via WorldPay's
secure server. Confirmation of an order is received by the Company
but we do not receive any credit card or personal information. This
information remains confidential between the customer and WorldPay.

Credit/debit card information for off-line orders via e-mail, fax, post or
phone are processed by the Company using WorldPay's secure
facilities. We guarantee this information will only be used for
processing of your off-line credit/debit card order and will be destroyed by
shredding once payment details have been entered into the WorldPay secure
facility.

(registration no.PZ6965383) and complies with the rules and regulations of
